Everything was great, brand-new hotel, the location was handy not far from many restaurants around and restaurants and buses. Extremely helpful staff, answered all questions.

Funky hotel, unbeatable location, delicious food. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. There were supermarkets and a big supermarket around the property. Also, it was only 1 km from at one. The facilities were good and easy to use.

Lovely base for exploring Kobe. Perfect location, big property, comfortable beds. They offer fruit, yogurt, tea and coffee in the morning.

Communication was challenging, wi fi was slow.

free wi-fi was working perfectly. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like ramen tavern fuukazan that was only 5 minutes' walk away. moreover, it was easy to park nearby.

The bed was very narrow.
